Per SAMHSA, the Center for Substance Abuse Treatment Services (CSAT) has revised the Demographic Data section of the Intake GPRA to comply with recent executive orders.
Starting immediately (as of July 3rd), all SOR grantees collecting GPRAs should use the revised Intake GPRA that has the updated demographic questions.
Here are the changes that have been incorporated into all the Intake GPRA materials, including the English and Spanish Paper Versions of the survey and the online survey tool. Note: If you have prior blank paper versions of the Intake GPRA survey, destroy or recycle them and download/print the newly updated versions from the SOR Support website.
The question wording and response options regarding the client’s sex has been changed. The updated question and response options are below.

Female
REFUSED
The question regarding the client’s sexual identity has been removed.

These changes are now active in the Online Version of the Intake GPRA. The link to the online survey will not change.
