New Quarterly TA Office Hours! Join Us July 25 For the 1st One!

Greetings CSBs and Agencies,

We’re excited to announce that the Omni SOR Treatment TA Team will now be hosting quarterly office hours to better support you in your work. We have found these kinds of sessions very helpful for other TA work that we provide across various projects. These sessions are designed to provide an open space for you to:

  • Ask questions about GPRA surveys

  • Get support with GPRA data entry

  • Connect with our team about any other questions you may have

  • Learn from answers to other’s questions you may hear or ask questions of each other

We may have a few or many attending, but we will be able to create breakout rooms for more in-depth discussion if need be.

First Office Hours Session

We invite you to register in advance using this link so we can get a sense of who may join. Welcome! You are invited to join a meeting: SOR Treatment - Quarterly Office Hour. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email about joining the meeting.

When you register, you’ll receive an email invite with the Zoom link for the session. The registration form also asks you to share what kind of technical assistance (TA) you need. Your responses will help our team prepare in advance so we can tailor the session to address your specific questions or challenges effectively. Of course, if you don’t have an idea in mind, you can leave that blank!

Office Hours Moving Forward

  • We’ll hold quarterly office hours throughout the year.

  • Before each session, we’ll send out a registration link so you can sign up and share your TA needs.

  • Our team will review responses and ensure we’re ready to support you.

Virginia’s State Opioid Response (SOR) grant is awarded at the discretion of DBHDS and SAMHSA. All recipients of SOR funding supports evidence-based prevention, treatment and recovery services to address opioid and stimulant misuse and use disorders, including for cocaine and methamphetamine. The SOR grant is not intended to be utilized as a long-term or permanent funding source. All SOR proposals must include a realistic plan for financial sustainability beyond the grant period.
