CSB Specific Dropbox Folders

The SOR Support Team at Omni uses Dropbox folders to share with each CSB/Agency for information including:

  1. Baseline, 6-month, Annual, and Record Closeout tracking with open window dates and completions of each timepoint for clients (Coming soon: the Weekly SUPRT Tracking Sheet Overview)

  2. Monthly Progress Reports with high-level data on progress related to all SUPRT timepoints for your CSB/Agency

  3. Secured data-related communications (when necessary)

Previously, links to CSB’s Dropbox folders have been shared on this page. Due to changes to Dropbox’s sharing privileges, links to specific CSB folders are no longer available. Instead, please follow these directions to access your agency’s Dropbox folder at www.Dropbox.com:

Getting access to your CSB’s Dropbox Folder:

If you need access to your CSB’s Dropbox folder, please fill out the Request TA Form to have the TA Team add your email address to the CSB’s shared Dropbox folder. You will then receive an email from Dropbox with a link to access the Dropbox folder. Please follow the below instructions to set up the Dropbox folder in your Dropbox account (depending on whether you already have a Dropbox account set up with your email address).
