Omni SOR Kudos: Alleghany Highlands CSB and 29th Judicial Circuit

We want to continue to highlight CSBs/agencies with outstanding SUPRT A and C survey completion records.

This month, we’re giving a special kudos to The 29th Judicial Circuit and Alleghany Highlands CSB for high rates of client engagement!

  • The 29th Judicial Circuit has completed 52 Baseline SUPRTs so far in year 2 of the SOR IV grant, with 100% having a completed SUPRT C survey!

  • Alleghany Highlands CSB has also engaged their clients in 100% of their 6-month SUPRT surveys in SOR IV, Year 2, meaning that clients have completed both SUPRT A and C in all of these surveys so far. Additionally, all but one of their Annual SUPRT surveys have engaged their clients.

As a reminder, the Client Engagement Sheet resource provides clients with more information on the SUPRT C, why they have been asked to complete it, and how it benefits them. It can be a great tool to encourage participation.

Virginia’s State Opioid Response (SOR) grant is awarded at the discretion of DBHDS and SAMHSA. All recipients of SOR funding supports evidence-based prevention, treatment and recovery services to address opioid and stimulant misuse and use disorders, including for cocaine and methamphetamine. The SOR grant is not intended to be utilized as a long-term or permanent funding source. All SOR proposals must include a realistic plan for financial sustainability beyond the grant period.
