New SUPRT Client Engagement Sheet!

We’re excited to share the SUPRT Client Engagement Sheet, a new resource for encouraging client participation in the SUPRT surveys! This can be shared directly to clients who are eligible for the SUPRT surveys to provide a high-level overview of the purpose of the survey and why they are being asked to participate.

This resource can help the client to make an informed decision about participating in the SUPRT-C section of the survey. The sheet covers the timeline of the surveys at Baseline, 6-month, and Annual, the eligibility requirements, and the benefits of engaging in the SUPRT surveys.

Virginia’s State Opioid Response (SOR) grant is awarded at the discretion of DBHDS and SAMHSA. All recipients of SOR funding supports evidence-based prevention, treatment and recovery services to address opioid and stimulant misuse and use disorders, including for cocaine and methamphetamine. The SOR grant is not intended to be utilized as a long-term or permanent funding source. All SOR proposals must include a realistic plan for financial sustainability beyond the grant period.
