Final GPRA Tracking Sheets & Monthly Progress Report Available

Greetings CSBs and Agencies,

Thank you to everyone who has regularly submitted their GPRAs throughout the grant period, and as we finalize data collection. As previously announced, we are currently transitioning from the GPRA to a new client-level data collection tool, which will take effect on October 1, 2025, in accordance with SAMHSA’s guidance.

As a reminder:

  • The online survey system has been closed as of Friday, September 12, 2025.  

  • This week, September 15, 2025, your CSB/Agency has received its final GPRA Tracking Sheet in your CSB/Agency Dropbox folder. The final Monthly Progress Report, dated “Sep 2025”, is also available in your Dropbox folder.

  • We will resume tracking sheet distribution with data from the new tool in October, as well as distribute resources to orient you to the new tool and data collection timelines.

The non-Federal entity must disclose in writing any potential conflict of interest to the Federal awarding agency or pass-through entity in accordance with applicable Federal awarding agency policy. Failure to adhere to these statues will result in immediate termination of funding.

Virginia’s State Opioid Response (SOR) grant is awarded at the discretion of DBHDS and SAMHSA. All recipients of SOR funding supports evidence-based prevention, treatment and recovery services to address opioid and stimulant misuse and use disorders, including for cocaine and methamphetamine. The SOR grant is not intended to be utilized as a long-term or permanent funding source. All SOR proposals must include a realistic plan for financial sustainability beyond the grant period.
