Reminders: Submitting GPRAs & Selecting Planned Services

Recently, there have been cases where completed GPRA intakes or follow-ups were not showing up on the weekly tracking sheets for CSBs/Agencies. This discrepancy often occurs when you finish a GPRA survey but forget to click "submit" at the very end.

To ensure that completed GPRAs are accurately tracked and credited, it's important to click "submit" at the end of the survey. This final step also confirms the completion process and guarantees that all GPRAs are properly recorded on the tracking sheet, which helps to keep track of when follow-ups are due. Additionally, hitting “submit” at the end prompts a confirmation email to be sent with a copy of the survey. Otherwise, you will not receive a confirmation email.

What to Do:

  1. Complete the GPRA survey as usual.

  2. Before closing the survey, make sure to click through to the end and click the "submit" button, as shown below.

  3. Once submitted, your completed GPRA will be recorded and you will receive a confirmation email.

Additional Reminder:

In the Intake GPRA survey, under the Planned Services section, there is a question that asks: “Identify the services you plan to provide to the client during the client’s course of treatment/recovery.”

While multiple planned services may be selected, when you reach options 8a, 8b, and 8c, please select only one option. This is also indicated in the survey.
