As a reminder, we are expecting most CSBs to begin expanding the GPRA to additional SOR-supported populations starting this week, as it is the first week of November. This is with exception to the CSBs who have talked to us about needing a longer roll-out period for GPRA expansion.

As your CSB or FQHC completes intake GPRAs, the sheets will show the intake date and calculate the follow-up windows based on these dates. These folders are updated every Friday.

Starting this week, we will be removing any tracking sheets from August in an effort to keep these folders orderly

As clients begin to approach their follow-up windows, we have created scripts that can be used to remind clients about their follow-up interview. These can be helpful for encouraging engagement throughout the survey process.

We are writing to you today with an update on extending GPRA eligibility for Year 2 of the SOR grant.  In order to meet SAMHSA’s goal of 1500 GPRAs across Virginia, we are aiming for every CSB and FQHC to double the number of intake GPRAs they administer in Year 2, which starts today, October 1st.

We wanted to update FQHCs on the use of client IDs for the GPRA. Please note this announcement is for FQHCs only.

We wanted to share some information for completing GPRAs based on common questions we’ve seen.

We are writing to announce that we have released a wave of updates that will affect the SOR GPRA process. These updates include:

• Changes to the Intake GPRA and Follow-up & Discharge GPRA

• Releasing print versions of the Intake GPRA and Follow-up & Discharge GPRA in Spanish

• Launching the Online Follow-up & Discharge GPRA

• Launching the Follow-up & Discharge Tracking Document in CSB folders

• Changes to supporting documents:

  • Follow-up & Discharge Question by Question Guide

  • Online Practice Intake GPRA

Yesterday we sent out invitations for staff members to access their CSB site-specific folder on Dropbox. The SOR Support Team at OMNI will use this folder to share with each CSB information including:

1. Follow-up and discharge tracking with open window dates and completions of each timepoint for clients

2. GPRA completion rates

3. Secured data-related communications (when necessary)
