Yesterday we sent out invitations for staff members to access their CSB site-specific folder on Dropbox. The SOR Support Team at OMNI will use this folder to share with each CSB information including:

Secured data-related communications (when necessary)

Practice Intake GPRA Survey - Now Available!
After hearing from several CSBs that it would be helpful for staff to become more familiar with the GPRA survey, the SOR team has created an online practice GRPA survey. This survey is intended for practice only and will allow staff members to walk through the entire GPRA before they start administering it to clients.
Follow-Up & Discharge GPRA Trainings
The SOR Support team will be providing two webinar trainings on follow-up and discharge GPRA administration. During this training, we will cover:
Timeline and grant requirements for collecting both follow-up and discharge GPRA data
Sections of the GPRA involved
Strategies for tracking and completing follow-ups and discharges
Administrative components: incentives, tracking clients, entering data, resources, etc.
