We are writing to announce that we have released a wave of updates that will affect the SOR GPRA process. These updates include:

  • Releasing print versions of the Intake GPRA and Follow-up & Discharge GPRA in Spanish

  • Launching the Online Follow-up & Discharge GPRA

  • Launching the Follow-up & Discharge Tracking Document in CSB folders

  • Changes to supporting documents:

    • Intake Question by Question Guide

    • Follow-up & Discharge Question by Question Guide

    • Online Practice Intake GPRA

Follow-Up & Discharge GPRA Trainings

The SOR Support team will be providing two webinar trainings on follow-up and discharge GPRA administration. During this training, we will cover:

  • Timeline and grant requirements for collecting both follow-up and discharge GPRA data

  • Sections of the GPRA involved

  • Strategies for tracking and completing follow-ups and discharges

  • Administrative components: incentives, tracking clients, entering data, resources, etc.

SOR GPRA Full Launch - Starts Today!

Today (6/17) marks the start of the SOR GPRA full launch. From this point on, the expectation is that all eligible clients (those receiving SOR funded MAT services) should have an intake GPRA completed and submitted - provided they consent. We hope the few weeks of soft launch were helpful for ironing out processes related to GPRA collection and becoming familiar with the tool itself.

SOR GPRA Soft Launch Extended

During the recent in-person intake GPRA trainings we received feedback that extending the soft launch would be helpful. For this reason, we have adjusted the date for GPRA full launch from Monday, 6/10, to Monday, 6/17. The GPRA soft launch that began on 6/3 has been extended a week to allow additional time for CSBs to prepare for full launch.

Intake GPRA Soft Launch Starts Today

As discussed in the GPRA trainings, the soft launch for the GPRA starts today. Here’s what the soft launch entails:

  1. Access the updated GPRA materials on the TA portal.
The link to the online version of the survey is now posted, as well as updated versions of the paper survey, QxQ, and consent forms. Please make sure you use the versions that are now on the site, not the versions you received in training. There have been minor adjustments and updates to the survey.
